Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is an effective one-on-one process where I work face to face with you– in a safe, caring, and confidential environment- in order explore feelings, thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors. We work together to bring to a surface level the “old business” and subconscious “operating system” that has been serving you thus far. Once the past is made present, I can help guide you so that you can make more effective decisions on new beliefs, new behaviors and how to make changes that are better for your mind, body, and spirit. We will find the YOU that is authentic, genuine, resilient, purposive as you pave a path towards freedom.

Initial session: define the problems and complete a Biopsychosocial Assessment
Master Treatment Planning to target the goals of therapy.
60-minute therapy sessions weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
